Watch and Return
We’ll show you why this can become one of America’s defining television and-music franchises.

The Storyteller
Before America knew his face…it knew his words.
For more than three decades, Jimmy Yeary has turned ordinary life into songs millions of people call their own. Now America gets to watch where those songs begin.
The Engine
Curiosity and a Guitar.
He sits with the people who keep a town alive: artists, coaches, makers, veterans, families, musicians, local originals. Somewhere in those encounters is a lyric waiting to be found.
The Song
The audience does not simply watch a story. They hear what it became.
Every episode culminates in an original Jimmy Yeary song inspired by the people, the place and the heart of that community.
Season One Format
Eight towns. Eight stories. Eight original songs. One album.
Every episode culminates in an original Jimmy Yeary song inspired by the people, the place and the heart of that community.
Proof of Life
Production is already underway.
Season One is an eight-episode season. Three episodes are already in production and completed, with five remaining to finish the launch season.
Earned Access
Inspiration is not found. It is earned. This is not a concept waiting to be proven.
Jimmy does not enter a town as a celebrity looking for attention. He enters as am active listener. That is why doors open, people let their gaurds down, and real stories surface.
The People
Every town has someone worth listening to.
America in Range
From pool halls to locker rooms, porches to tour buses.
The series gives audiences a living portrait of America: musical, local, funny, flawed, resilient and deeply human.
Community Lift
Communities become ambassadors.
When a town inspires a song, that town becomes part of the release, the premiere, the press and the memory.
Why Jimmy?
Authenticity has become America’s most valuable currency.
He is the product.
Small Town Treasures is the vehicle.
Jimmy’s track record gives the series its credibility. His songwriting gives the show its engine. His ability to listen gives it its soul.
Audiences are weary of manufactured reality and algorithmic noise. They are hungry for stories that feel honest, music that means something and communities that remind them what still matters.

The Invitation
More than just a Show
We are not asking people to fund a show. We are inviting a limited group of Founding Circle Executive Producers to help launch a new American franchise built around songs, stories and the small towns that inspire them.
What Founders Get to be Part Of
A first-mover position in Jimmy Yeary’s television-and-music platform.
Founding partners are not simply supporting Season One. They are helping establish the creative identity, investor story, sponsor framework and audience promise for a property designed to travel for years.
What it can Endure
Every episode has a built-in emotional payoff.
A town is discovered. A story is earned. A song is written. The audience leaves with something they can hear, stream, share and remember.
Next Steps
Finish the season. Release the songs. Build the franchise.
Complete Episodes 4–8, package Season One for distribution, release the accompanying album, activate sponsor and tourism partnerships and expand the Small Town Treasures platform.
